*Ingredients
°1 lb beef
°1 yellow onion (chop)
°1 bell pepper (chop)
°1 small head of cabbage (seeded and chopped)
°1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
°2 teaspoons Creole seasoning from Tony Chachere
°2 teaspoons garlic powder
°2 tsp smoked paprika
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°2 c cheddar cheese
*Methods :
Browning beef in skillet on heat. Remove excess fat if more than a few tablespoons (a little extra fat is fine).
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes.
Stir the cabbage, diced tomatoes and all the seasoning into the pan with the ground beef. Covering with a lid also cooking for 20-25 min, stir occasionally.
Sprinkle top with cheese and cover again until cheese is melted.
To be enjoyed alone or with rice!

If you don't have Tony Chachere, you're missing something. I use this seasoning for just about everything including avocado toast, scrambled eggs, pasta, etc. Just be sure to replace it with salt and other seasonings of your choice.
Time-saving tip: You can buy pre-diced onions and bell peppers in the produce section of most grocery stores.
