*Cheesy Broccoli Stuff Chicken Breast*


°4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
°1 tsp olive oil
°2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
°1 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/2 teaspoon onion powder
°2 c broccoli florets, chop
°1 tsp of water
°1/2 c reduced-fat cheddar cheese
°1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese
°1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
°1 clove garlic, mince
°Salt and pepper


To steam broccoli: Cutting broccoli florets to small pieces. Putting all the broccoli in  microwave-safe bowl and for 2 tsp of water. Adding water. Covering with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 2-3 min.Steam on stove top or blanch in boil water for 1 min.
Using sharp knife to slice every chicken breast horizontally to form  pocket. Make sure you don't stop cutting for 1/2 inch from the ends also sides.Season the chicken breasts with a generous pinch of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.In  bowl, combine the steamed and chop broccoli,  pepper, garlic, cheeses and salt & Pepper; to put apart. Spoon mix evenly to every chicken breast.
Preheat oven to 400F. Heat 1 tsp of oil in  cast iron or ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Adding chicken breasts also cooking 2 to 3 min on every side or to brown. Cover with foil and transfer to preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
