*Crockpot-Cream-Cheese-Chicken Chili*



*Ingredients
         
           °2 chicken breasts
           °eight oz. of cream cheese
            °15 ounce can black beans
            °15 oz. complete kernel corn with liquid
            °1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies, undrained
            °1 pack dressing mix
            °1 tsp onion powder
            °1 tsp chilli powder
            °1 teaspoon of cumin

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Drain & rinse black beans
Place the chicken withinside the backside of the slow cooker
SECOND STEP:
Add undrained corn, Rotel tomatoes and undrained chiles and black beans over fowl
Sprinkle seasonings and ranch dressing mixture
Stir to mix the whole lot
THIRD STEP:
Place the cream cheese on top, positioned the lid on and cook over low warmness for 6-eight hours
When the cooking time is over, take the fowl out and shred the 2 chicken breasts.
STEP FOUR:
Return the chicken to the slow cooker
Mix in order that the whole lot is mixed
FIFTH STEP:
This may be served with cornbread, corn chips or tortillas. It also can be served plain.
Top with parsley, beaten tortilla chips or tortilla chips for garnish. Top with a dollop of bitter cream if desired.
