°1 cup butter (salted sweet cream)
°1 cup granulated sugar
°1/2 cup brown sugar
°2 eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°3 cups all-purpose flour
°2 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
°2 c chopped raw carrots
 °The best cream cheese frosting
°1 cup chopped pecans


Grate & chop 2 c raw carrots
In  bowl, cream butter and sugars to light and fluffy.
Beat eggs also vanilla.
Add cinnamon, baking powder, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Adding flour & mix until smooth.
Adding 2 c of carrots.
Baking cookies in a 375 degree oven about 13-15 min 
Letting cookies cool.
Frost with  cream cheese frost.
Apply chopped pecans to the edges of the cookies.
