Ingredients:
1 pound loose pork sausage
3 tsp mince garlic
2 1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1 1/2 c milk
3 eggs
C biscuit/bread mix
¾ tsp chopped sage
Half teaspoons of pepper
Methods
In skillet, cooking sausage on medium heat to meat no longer turns pink. Adding garlic, cooking 1 min longer. sink. Adding 2 cups of cheese. Transfering a greased 9-inch deep pie plate.
In bowl, combine milk, eggs, biscuit mixture, sage, and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture.
Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until a knife is inserted near the center and comes out clean. Sprinkling rest cheese. Baking for 1-2 minutes
Leave it for 10 min before slice
