Crockpot-Pepper-Steak




*Ingredients:

°1.5 lb beef strips (I used thinly sliced ​​round steaks and cut them into strips)
°1 green bell pepper, cuttig to thick slices
°1 red bell pepper, cut into thick slices
°1/2 thick sliced ​​onion
°1 1/2 cups beef broth
°3 tablespoons of soy sauce
°1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
°1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/4 teaspoon black pepper
°2 tsp brown sugar

*How To Make Crockpot Pepper Steak Recipe:

Place beef, peppers and onions in a slow cooker.
Add seasonings, brown sugar and soy sauce over beef and peppers.
Pour the beef broth into the slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cover and cook over low heat for 5 hours or until steak is cooked through.
Serve on a bed of white rice.
Note: if you want your sauce to be thicker. One hour before dinner is ready – In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water. Mix together. Stir into slow cooker. Turn the slow cooker to high and allow the sauce to thicken for the last hour of cooking.
