*Ingredients:
°1/2 cup butter
°1/2 cup peanut butter
°1/2 cup sugar
°1/2 cup brown sugar
°1 egg
°1/2 teaspoon vanilla
°1 1/4 cup sifted flour
°3/4 tsp baking soda
°1/4 tsp salt
*Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°C. Mix the first six ingredients. Adding rest ingredients. Mix well. Roll into balls & press with fork dipped in sugar or flour. Baking for 10 to 12 min on an un-grease cookie sheet.
