Glazed nut


I made nuts for an upcoming trip. They are so delicious and healthier than candied nuts.

* Ingredients : 

°1 bag of pecans
°1 bag of cashew nuts
°1 packet of almonds
°1 bag of dried cranberries
°1/2 cup of honey
°6 tablespoons coconut oil
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon


Heat honey and oil until melted; add vanilla and cinnamon.
Bake at 275 degrees. Stir every 10 minutes.
I removed mine after about 20-25 minutes but you can bake 30 minutes for extra crispiness
