Shredded Chicken Enchilada Dinner



*Ingredients:

°2 ½ c cook & chicken
°1 can diced tomatoes with green chillies
°1 can cream of chicken
°4 oz chop green chilies
°2 teaspoons dry taco seasoning mix
°¼ cup sour cream
°2 cups shredded Mexican or Fiesta cheese blend
°½ to 1 bag tortilla chips

*Methods :

FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
Lightly spray a casserole dish
SECOND STEP:
Shred the chicken
In a medium skillet, combine diced tomatoes, green chiles, sour cream, taco seasoning and condensed soup.
THIRD STEP:
Cook until heated through, but not boiling
Add the chicken and a cup of cheese
STEP FOUR:
Stir until melted
Place a good amount of fries at the bottom of the casserole
Spoon half the chicken mixture over the fries
FIFTH STEP:
Repeat steps 8 and 9 one more time each
Sprinkle the top with the rest of the grated cheese
Garnish with sour cream and green onions
