Beef Lombardi



*Ingredients

°1 pound beef
°1 can 28 oz tomatoes
°2 minced garlic cloves
°2 teaspoons of honey
°2 teaspoons of salt
°black pepper
°½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
°1 bay leaf
°1 pack egg noodles, cooked
°1 pack eight ounces cream cheese
°6 onions, chopped
°1 cup sour cream
°2 cups grated cheddar cheese

*Instructions

Brown the beef over medium heat. Drain the fat. Add garlic and cook till tender. Add the tomatoes, honey, salt, pepper, bay leaf and Tabasco. Lower the warmth to simmer for half-hour. Combine cooked noodles with cream cheese, onions and bitter cream. Grease a nine X thirteen pan and trade noodle combination, tomato combination and shredded cheese, finishing with cheese on top. Bake covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for half-hour or till warm and bubbling.
You can freeze it earlier than or after cooking
