No-Bake Strawberry Shortcake recipe



Ingredients :

1 box of instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup strawberry juice
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
24 sponge fingers
220 g (about 1 cup) cold whipped cream
1 pound fresh strawberries, peeled and sliced, and dry jam
1 In a bowl, whisk together the pudding, milk and vanilla and set aside
2 Using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the cream until completely combined, and the peaks are stiff.
3 Dip the lady's fingers briefly in the strawberry juice and place them on the bottom of the plate.
4 Spread half of the pudding mixture over the lady's fingers.
5 Place the strawberries in a single layer on top of the pudding.
6 Repeat the process with the rest of the lady fingers and the pudding mixture and strawberries.
7 Top with whipped cream and strawberries.
8 Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
